Our e-commerce solution does its best to correctly price shipping fees, but in very rare circumstances we may have to adjust the shipping fee after an order has been placed.
Returns are not currently accepted for any products offered in the store. if you have an issue with an order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to rectify any issues.
Sometimes things come up and you can’t make an event you’ve purchased a ticket for – we’ve all been there. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy – just send an email to email@example.com to request a refund. We’ll refund you the price, minus the fixed PayPal fees, no questions asked.
New products are often offered as preorders. Unlike some online stores we only offer the distributor guaranteed allotment for sale – meaning you won’t be waiting for days, or weeks, wondering when your preorder will arrive. We are committed to getting pre orders to customers as fast as possible and ship pre orders within one business day of receiving them for our distributor.
Customers are charged for preorders when they place the order. Preorders can be cancelled before they are shipped but will incur a 15% fee. Customers may cancel their preorder without any penalty in the (very) rare occasion that there is an issue with the distributor.
